The Holy Spirit is always speaking and always wanting to do God’s will on the earth. The problem we are having is that we are waiting for something to happen as a sign for us to do something. We are looking for a physical sign for something that is actually initiated by the voice of God inside of us. The Spirit of God is always speaking, and God wants to do so much through us, and even exceedingly more than we can think or ask (see Ephesians 3:20). You must pray out the mysteries of God and stop waiting for God to move. God is already moving inside of you, and you must put yourself in motion by faith in Him. He lives inside of you. At the pool of Bethesda, a paralytic man was waiting for the water to stir, if he could get into the water ahead of everyone else, he would be healed. He explained to Jesus that he had waited for twenty-eight years for someone to put him into the pool. He never discerned who he was talking to and what Jesus could do for him. Jesus told me that this is what His church is doing today. We are waiting for the water to stir because we might get healed. There are things that God is telling you in your heart that you know will happen but have not happened yet. You must discern that the breath of God is already speaking inside of you with the power that can raise the dead. The same breath that Ezekiel experienced is the same breath of God that is inside of you.
